*Bad health - weak immune system leads to skin problem.
*Very needy- High maintenance at home & at the doctor's office.
*He thinks he's the biggest dog in the whole world.
*But he's luckyest dog in the world cause despite of it all, he's got a loving home & family.
*oh heah one more thing he's a lap dog and gives kisses too!

Oh my gosh, Mr. Popcorn is adorable! We have a similar story for our pup....she was left chained in a yard in the Florida summer without water until a neighbor realized that she was there. Luckily she too found a very happy home.

Oh, he is adorable! And what a cute name he has - he does look like popcorn, hehe. It's so sad that he had such a poor life before, but hopefully he doesn't remember it so well. Kisses to him.
